Sun room addition (how much, house, contractors)

I want to add a sun room extension, size would be 15 X 15. This will be an extension to current family room.

There is a deck currently where I want to add this extension. Currently under the deck we have a patio, walk-out from basement.

In addition to sun room extension, basement needs to be extended for the same dimension, below the sun room plus foundation.

Due to this extension, deck will have to be reduced to its half size and patio needs to be moved.

Any idea how much this would cost? Anyone has done a similar extension?

Any suggestion who should I contact to get an estimate ? Any good contractors?
Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.

There's no way we can understand what you are describing, but based on square footage only and no plumbing, and with easy HVAC paths, try about $140>/sq. ft = $63,000. Maybe more, maybe less.
That may or may not include replacing a deck and patio. If you are OK with my guess, then proceed.
Do your homework on a contractor and get some bids.

My father built a sunroom around his existing deck, under it was his garage, so not quite the same thing as what you're talking about, but a similar type of project. I think that ran him about $30,000. There was some electrical work done, not sure what else.

He loves it, except for something which I've posted on here before. Not soon after he had it built, the house next to his got town down and a monstrosity built in place of it, which blots out the sun part of the time.
