Hi. Coming to NOVA from Illinois. We have identical twin girls who are 8 with an Aspergers/HFA diagnosis. We are looking in Loudoun in the Ashburn area. Need recommendations for specific elementary schools! I've heard that Legacy, Cedar Hill are all very good and will work with my kiddos with IEPs and mainstreamed with accommodations, etc.

I am very stressed! Appreciate ANY info. Would be very grateful!

I'm not sure about social needs kids but, in my opinion, Mill Run is by far the best elementary school in Ashburn. The principal has been there since the school opened and hand picks his staff. It's located in the Broadlands neighborhood.

Have also heard great things about Mill Run! Greatschools.org should be able to give you more info on the schools in Ashburn, but they are all wonderful. Good luck with your move, its a great area.
