I was referring to your last sentence in your previous post (and I mentioned some of my ways of avoiding that mess):

I could imagine...(I've been driving only for ~6 years). The speed bumps on some parts of the road have worn down though.

Yes we can, that is why, the speed bumps, stop signs and the cop hiding on Yorkshire exist.
