I just noticed on my diamond ring tonight that a prong is bent on it. Is there a reasonably priced place I can bring it to that will do it on the spot? I'm so bummed....This is my engagement ring from 14 years ago.

I'd take it to a reputable jewelry store--Mervis or the like. They have repairmen who resize rings and can surely fix the prong. But I think you'll have to leave it with them a couple of days.

Call Ashby Jewelers in Old Town Manassas. My wife and I have used them forever. Locally owned by local people and they have treated us very well over the years. I know they do repair work there.
