I lived right across the street from Dorchester Tower and 2121. As long as it is the TOWER, Dorchester is a solid complex. Not to be confused with Dorchester APARTMENTS. I'd say the same for 2121. Whatever you do don't move into Dominion Towers, total roach motel.

I have a friend that lives in Wellington. She has been there for about a year and has been happy. You probably already looked into it, but I believe the Wellington runs a shuttle to the Pentagon City metro, so you could take the shuttle and then hop on the metro and go a few stops to Rosslyn. Hope that helps!
