Are you looking for a one or two bedroom?

There are two condo communities right by the vienna metro: Acadia and Marquis. There are many units that are for rent. You can probably google search for them.

I had some friends that lived at Regent's Park - they seemed to be pretty happy with their place. I spent a good amount of time there - no red flags that I recall.

My husband and I lived in the units on Tower Side Drive (which I believe is Regents Park) for two months (temporary corporate housing) and we found it to be remarkably quiet given the density of the population there. There wasn't really any traffic noise to speak of which surprised us being so close to the freeway and the metro. We also thought the closets were ample and that the parking garage always had spaces open. The kitchen also had a ton of cabinet space. You could hit the metro with a stone so it was super convenient too.

Good luck to you in your search!

p.s. If I got the Regents Park part wrong I apologize; my memory isn't what it used to be! But the units were definitely on Tower Side Drive because that was our address.

Regent's Park is definitely close to Metro and also quiet. The units aren't anything special, though. It's just "okay" - it gets the job done.

If you're looking for spiffier and newer, you'll want Carmel (right next to Regent's Park) or Acadia/Marquis (on the other side of the Metro station). But they might also be a little more expensive.

Circle Towers is a little further away but still Metro walkable. It's relatively cheap, but I've heard bad things.

In general, the area around the Vienna Metro is not the most fun or interesting place to live (it's not very walkable and there is no nightlife) but it's awesome for commuting.
