You need a zero turn if you want to mow 10 acres yourself, not just the regaular riding mower.

I have 3.5 acres and I hire a local person to mow. With a zero turn, it takes the guy one hour to mow my lawn. Also, rate for mowing in western Loudoun is more reasonable compared to Fairfax. My colleague pays a lot more to have his 1.5 acres in Fairfax mowed.

Out of curiousity, how much does it cost to have someone mow 10 acres (I fantasize about having 10 acres or more).
