I noticed signs up at Braddock and 123 about an upcoming project but couldn't find any details. Anybody know what the plan is?

This has to be at least the third time they've made the intersection bigger. By the time they get the funding for an interchange, there won't be much need for right-of-way acquisition.

If anyone regularly drives down Braddock, has the traffic not improved at this intersection with the opening of Campus Drive for GMU Students? I would have thought the opening of Campus Drive would have negated the need for more left turn capacity at 123. I'm never around there anymore but when I drove to campus most of the people turning left at 123 were GMU students/faculty during rush hour.

That whole area is a mess. Are they ever going to finish remodeling University Mall?

According to the website, Spring 2015....I see they're opening an ABC store across the street from Mason. That would have been convenient for my underage drinking when I was on campus!
