Does anyone know if the high schools in Prince William, Fairfax, (other close counties I'm not familiar with) offer good woodworking, welding, glassmaking type classes?

Found this for Fairfax County Public Schools, Trade & Industrial. There's other links there to various certifications. These are part of the Academy Programs and are not at all high schools but students can access them by being accepted into the programs. Not sure if the specific areas you mentioned are offered.

If you are talking about adult education classes check our Fairfax ACE (ACE) or Northern VA Community College.

Does anyone have experience applying to these vocational programs?

I'm looking for classes for my teen. We are moving from Washington and she had an amazing woodshop teacher here...
