Looking online at both communities. Anyone who visited have thoughts they can share about the two communities? Thanks

We have looked at both of these communities as well as the Toll Brothers Regency at Chancellorsville and we personally prefer the Del Webb and the Toll Brothers. The Del Webb is a much larger community and on the times we visited, seem much more active than the other 2. We also like the proximity of the Del Web to 95. Do you have particular questions I may be able to answer?

No, we have not been to the Four Seasons in Dumfries. If I remember correctly, that community is resale only and we are looking for new construction.
