This is off the wall, but maybe Uber can help you - you could rent a car AND driver....
Also Enterprise may be able to help. I thought of them immediately when I saw your request. I have used them in the past and would not hesitate to recommend them:

Thanks already tried Enterprise initially and they were not to helpful on the corresponding vehicles.
