Just checked with Austin Grill in Springfield. Kids eat for $1 on Tuesday's. I'm headed there now with my fellas.

Austin Grill is Tex-Mex and unless it is peak times, you can walk in without a reservation

All in all it was a pleasant experience. Our kids enjoyed the interaction with Santa Claus. The waiter was very patient with the children and the environment. it also helps that the restaurant has a balloon artist to entertain the children in addition to eating. We will add this to our list of preferred restaurants when meeting with children on Tuesdays.
