The VEC website offers very little in the way of actual information about my specific claim. I called the phone# on my paperwork only for the computerized voice tell me to hang up & call another #. When I did that, this new computer voice tells me if I'm in need of claim info to hang up & call the first #...but I held on long enough to listen to other options & was on hold over 27 minutes waiting for a customer service rep who never answered. The call ended itself. I'm a patient person but I'm running low.
