That was ours 2011-2013. Our increase this year is about 5% over last.

Mine in South Lakes Reston is up 2.3% over last year.

Ours stayed the same in Vienna(22181). Had increased the past few years though.

Mines up 6% over an appraisal I had done in October. Prettt sure my house hasn't increased 6% in two months.
