FYI It's against CD's TOS to solicit business.

There are a number of Asian grocery stores in NOVA. Shopper's Food stores also sell Asian, as does Wegmans. In fact, you should be able to find Asian quite handily around here.

I'm currently with T-mobile here in TX, how is coverage over there? is there even T-mobile coverage there?

What about for Internet only - would Verizon Fios be best? Can I just get internet only with Verizon or am i forced to be in a bundle?!

also, since I'm used to dealing with just ONE Electrical company and ONE water company here in San Antonio, would there be more than one for NoVA?

Based on all of your specifications (e.g., housing budget, housing preference, commute, schools, amenities, parks, etc.), I recommend you hone in on West Springfield.

A previous poster voiced a concern about schools. Springfield and West Springfield are in separate high school pyramids. The schools in West Springfield are generally considered stronger than the schools in central Springfield, although all of them are part of the Fairfax County public school system and feature the same curricula.

I don't believe you are forced to bundle internet with Verizon. Others may know better.

There's one electrical company for Fairfax County (Dominion) and one water company (Fairfax Water).

thank you. Another thing I wanted to add with internet - I want to be able to use my OWN router and Modem - which ISP allows this in NoVA.

Have you read and/or searched through the general pointers thread? You can do your research on utilities, basic questions, etc.

Looks like you will be working in the same location I did...I would definitely stick to the immediate area, as traffic can sometimes be bad on Telegraph. With kids that allows you a little more freedom to I found a few listed on Militarybyowner - searching 22315. At that price you are looking at interior TH's with 1 car garage, but it is doable.
