I believe Dominion, help wise, was okay, but there were some issues with the admin and billing end of things. It was enough to choose to switch to INOVA for the outpatient which was necessary and very beneficial. When a person is in crisis there often is not enough time to question different facilities or even have a choice because it can come down to which one has an open bed at that moment. That's why it is good to have a family member advocating and watching, or if enough time to anticipate the need, asking questions ahead of time. Good luck.
