Capital One was the winner.

After talking to several employees there (new employees) as well as at the other company, where it was more of a mixed bag, the gamble was on Capital One for a few reasons. I'm not sure they will ever feel that they made the "right" decision, especially with regard to government consulting, but time ran out on the offers and the defense contractor was fairly unorganized in their offer which muddied the waters for sure.

Thanks for all of the input, it was certainly helpful.

I hope it works out. He felt a little bad after reading your earlier post (which came after he had to make the decision) but all info is good info! Eyes wide open...

Richmond is actually a bonus, he'll find. There's a reason so many of us who lived in Nova prefer down here

I prefer where the pretty women are working, proximity to food trucks, and commute.
