There are also "new" apartments in The Hub adjacent to CIT.

I don't think anyone outside Amazon knows. They could put the NYC half in one of the other cities on their list. They could put in elsewhere in greater DC - most likely Dulles or White Flint. Or they could add it to "National Landing"

One can hope... if they double back to reston that would be amazing for the area. Would put penny pinching contractors on notice and really shake up the private sector side of the house...

Apparently Google just announced they are doubling their Northern Virginia workforce. Not sure how many more jobs that means but they have an office in Reston and multiple data centers in Loudoun.

Who knows. But they still have their Herndon Office too, though I think it's one of those smaller buildings.

Seems like people in NOVA are happy about Amazon, though, no boycotts yet.

Ha! I love this news!

And I bet Nashville is giddy with joy too! Amazon is going to be for Nashville, what FedEx has been (and continues to be) for Memphis. I love it! Thanks NY!

In the words of the Soup Nazi (Seinfeld episode) - “No prime for you, NYC!”
