We live in 20112 (southern PWC) and work in the worldgate Herndon & Reston area. It helps that SO and I are both gym rates and typically arrive ~5:45-6am at the gym. Also my office is literally next to Sport & Health; and she works around the corner. In addition what helps us is that we HOV on the way home.
