There are many men's clothing stores that make custom suits for men. But what about women? Where can you get custom made suits for women? By that I mean suits where they take your measurements before-hand then make the suit?

It certainly doesn't appear that there is any shortage of "special sizes," in NoVa. A 42 short, and a Fred Flintstone haircut seems to work for most government employees.
