I got dibs on the 2nd unit from the available map (someone got the "best spot" at the end facing towards back). I would suspect these units you pointed will be 900+ after all said and done which is not something I want to do. Maybe once i settle down and all I do that years down the road....

If you checked the site, the low end models sold out first. The base price 624K is about 2% higher for those models.

Yeah it was like that. It was funny because they sold the "quietest" places first and leaving the area closest to the airport last. My realtor even said it was weird/nice they put up the best area first then bad.
