I will be working in Herndon, so I decided to just stay in Herndon. I have decided to stay at Van Metre at Woodland Park. I was given a quote of $1150 for their Dogwood 819 sq foot apartment and $30 for a storage unit so I can place my motorcycle away. Seems to have some of the best reviews for that 20171 area. And also seems to be a safe place.

Anyone have any reviews about this complex? Just wanted to get some reviews from some regular people.

Also the complex is located approx 3 mile from the Lockheed Martin Herndon facility.

A good friend of mine lives there and really likes it. He lives on the top floor and they have cathedral ceilings. I mention this only because he thinks his utility bill is a bit high. But I think almost all of the apartments in NOVA are built rather cheaply. I know Bozzuto uses R-13 insulation. The norm now is R-33.

At any rate, that's a nice area and I've not heard my friend raise too many complaints. They've lived there for two years now. Best of luck !

I think ALL the housing (condos, town houses, and single familys) is built terribly. Cheap and fast!!!!!
