I don't know if they're pulling out completely, but they sold their office park to Raytheon, I believe.

It might be better for you to make your own thread, as this one people may not click on as it's not related to the questions you're asking. Just a suggestions.

To answer some of your questions though, PWC schools are lower rated than Loudon and FFX, but there not too far behind. Still better than the country as a whole. I like the site FranklyMLS.com Virginia & MD, DC MLS via Keyword Search & Wiki. Homes for Sale for looking at property. You can find a nice home in your price range in Loudoun County, you do not have to settle for a foreclosure. Here is a generic website to search for homes,HomesDatabase - Home for Sale and Rent in DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, the moderator only wants websites posted that are not owned by a real estate brokerage.

Where do you recommend in the area for a recent soon to be college grad? All I need is a cheap but decent sized apartment, close to the nature trails, and shopping.

I'm not sure what you'd consider cheap but decent sized, but DTC is not what I'd call an inexpensive area. Expect to spend at least $1,000 for a 1 BR apartment, probably more. College grads would probably be happiest in Reston--but remember, you are out in the burbs, about an hour's drive from DC. Young 20-somethings can find it very boring out in the burbs. The action that does exist is mostly near Reston Town Center. Nature trails and shopping are easy to find, with the most being in Reston.

Yeah I'd say that the area around Dulles is extremely nice but not the most exciting.
