Shhhh...that is the secret parking garage! It is always $2.00 flat on the weekends and after 5:00. We did the Santa thing on Saturday, it just too cold to wait around for the boats. But the snow was magical in Old town!

We were there also, parked in the garage under Market Square (is that the same one?) - we were hungry so hung out at Pat Troy's for awhile. We did make the walk down to the waterfront (I don't "do" hats so it was pretty yucky - more of a sleet/rain/snow mix) - only got to see a couple boats decorated. It was fun seeing all the folks that had been there for the Scottish Festival or whatever that was called.
