i like to move to newer apartment near dulles airport in sterling.
Quiet neighbor hood. 1st floor is a must, and easy access to freeway. i like to drive less than 10min to the airport.
also rent should be over 1000 and less than 1400 a month.
and ample parking. i know i am asking a lot.

We lived in the Stonebridge Archstone apartment off of Rt 7 in Ashburn while our home was for sale and it was nice. We paid $1400 for a first floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath place (with washer and dryer) and a one car garage. Their was plenty of additional parking and it is about a 10 minute drive to the airport. You just take 7 down a few miles. If you don't need the garage it will be cheaper and if you just want a one bedroom it will be cheaper too. Look up Archstone and check out their Ashburn apartments. (I am 99% sure it is called Stonebridge Archstone in Ashburn)
