I did a search to see if anybody else asked about this place but I could only find brief mentions.
So yes I'm looking if anyone has specific experiences living here as I'm moving to the DC area in a month and Belle Haven Towers seem to fit my needs. Thanks!

I know a few people who live there. They've been there a while and haven't had bug problems or anything. It's definitely old and no-frills, but it's cheap, safe, and convenient.

Seeing as how I can't afford frill that's what I wanted to know. Anything else I should know about the building? Do you know if the kitchens are really old? The apartment I'm in right now does not have updated appliances so it's not a huge deal.

Kitchens and bathrooms in the units I was in were both pretty old- probably late 70's, early 80's.
