I'm going to a baseball game in DC tomorrow night (4/22) and would be arriving to the Vienna Metro around 4 or 5 in the evening. Does anyone know if there are usually parking spaces at that time?

I went to the game last friday. I parked at the Vienna metra around 5:30-5:40 and there were roughly 10-15 empty spaces. A lot of people arrive around that time though, so even if theres none available at first, follow people around and you will get one as they leave.

It should not be a problem since some people have left work by then.

Hey, enjoy the game. I get a kick out of seeing people going to the Nats games on the metro, especially if they have the caps and shirts and various accessories. Families with kids are cute, the kids are usually all excited about going to the game.

While this is good advice it most certainly made me chuckle a bit to picture myself parking elsewhere and then walking to the lot with my keys in hand making it look as if I was heading towards my vehicle, only to disappoint several people who'd be following me around in the process for ten minutes! LOL!

Jesting aside thanks for posting this thread; great minds think alike, as I was just about to post the same inquiry! I'm a huge baseball fan, and to me it makes the most logical sense to take mass transit to the stadium. Go Nationals!

HaHa! The Simpsons did a joke about the parking lot and Moe (the bartender) did that.
