As I told the other poster Our Lady Queen of Peace in Arlington is the place you should go, I recommend the 11:15
We are an all inclusive, welcoming parish.
Just this past year over 180 new parishioners have registered, they just annouced they were having to add an additional Mass.
It is an amazing parish, but don't just take my word for it, you can read the reviews over here

Because it is our Church, if it upsets you so much you can always leave, no one is forcing you to stay.
You might feel more comfortable over here Society of St. Pius X USA District (www.sspx.org)

Stay away from St. Raymond's It is an Opus Dei church.. statues every 2 feet all around the church. I am in my 50's and every Sunday I went there I heard a sermon on abortion and fetuses... I am well beyond child bearing and if this is all they offer me in my relationship with the Lord.. .then forget it. Paul Laverde is the bishop but he goes along with all this craziness and OPUS DEI among his priests. St. Bernadette also has 2 right wing OPUS DEI priests who are pre Vatican II in their thinking and theology.

I attend and love the Venture (young adult...but anywhere from 20-40, with a handful of children and older folks) service at Immanuel Bible Church on the corner of Braddock and Backlick.

Immanuel Bible Church

Venture:

VENTURE ONLINE

Immanuel has a lot of small groups for singles as well as men/women and lots of activities and get togethers for people. I like Venture because it's probably around 100-150 regular attenders, so you really get to know them all.

OOOHHH, Opus Dei!!!! The boogie man is here!!! Seriously, Dan Brown wrote fiction. Fiction, okay? There are no albino monks out to assassinate you.

There are not Opus Dei priests that staff parishes here in Virginia. There are diocesan priests who are part of the Priestly Society of the Holy Cross. That is, they receive spiritual support from Opus Dei to help them lead holy lives as priests in obedience and fidelity to their bishops.

Opus Dei - WHAT IS OPUS DEI? - Priestly Society of the Holy Cross

To the best of my knowledge, the only parish in the United States that is run by Opus Dei is in Chicago. Now, you don't have to care for the sermons or Masses at any particular parish, nor for the art and architecture in any particular church (though if you hate statues, don't visit the historic churches in Europe). But to attempt to slur certain parishes and priests with a perjorative "OPUS DEI" simply shows your ignorance in the faith you proclaim.
