Thanks oneasterisk for your recommendation to John Bouldin. Based on your recommendation and some research on the web, we had John performed our home inspection. He is very thorough (he checked every single corner of our home and didn't miss even one power outlet!) and took a lot of pictures like you said. He not only showed us where the power and water shutoffs are and how often to change the air filters and re-fill the caulk around the tub but also gave us a home systems guide showing us how to work with the utility system at home. We highly recommend John to all home owners!
