Reputable Painter in Sterling, VA (townhouse, contractors, price)

My husband and I are in the market for a reputable painter to paint our three bedroom townhouse. We're looking to sell in the near future and need to get our 2000 townhouse ready for show.

I'm interested in working with a painter that won't cost an arm and a leg and one that comes with a good reputation. We also need a little baseboard and crown molding repair work due to the handiwork of our two schnauzers.

Kris's Painting does good work. They painted about three rooms in our home and installed crown molding and shadow boxes in our dining room. Excellent work. The only complaint I have is that Kris, the owner, isn't the best communicator in terms of customer service. But his work is really good.

oh...and he is based out of Ashburn but its so close to sterling. and once he gives you a quote if you think it is too high, tell him so. he had given me a quote for something and i came back and said we would have to go with someone else as I had only had X in the budget and he came down in price.
