Looking for a place for roughly 5 to maybe 10 people to meet and discuss some issues. Starbucks is generally too noisy around our desired time frame (6:30 to 9p.m.) Do you know a free location that would be appropriate? Thanks!

You could check your local public library.

In Prince William County, several libraries have meeting rooms that "non-profit cultural and civic organizations" can use for free.

Check out the public libraries and see if they have a meeting room available. They are free to use but you might be able to be selective with the time and date.

See if there is a 'Daily Grind' coffee house in your area. They always have a small meeting room which small groups can use for free. (They assume you'll buy something while there)

Thanks for the suggestion as the libraries I checked are booked this month. BUT, I found a Daily Grind near the Ballston Mall. Thanks, Eric

I'll throw this out to anyone: As another option, could I assume we could eat and hang out (2 hours?) with our discussions at an eatery like, Calif. Tortilla or Baja Fresh?
