Any opinions on apartments to seer clear of in the Herndon/Reston or Centreville areas?

Apartments To Avoid
Herndon and Reston are not too far from Dulles Airport. Unfortunately there isn't a Metro stop from there to Dulles Airport but suppose to be one in the future. From what I observed there's decent communities in both. There's a nice golf course in Herndon if you're interested approximately $65.00. Good Luck.
