Im looking for an apartment >= 765sqft with a washer and dryer for around 1200 that has a decent access to the Pentagon. I want to lower my rent from 1395 and I have looked everywhere it seems like on the web but they all want an arm and a leg for that washer and dryer.

Have you looked at condo rentals? A lot of times you can a better deal that way, plus the buildings/facilities may be generally better maintained.
