You know...I have gone to a bunch of expensive salons and found one that I really liked which is Rain in Ashburn. BUT there was this girl in my gym and I just LOVED her hair -everyone does- so one day I asked her where she went and I couldn't believe it. Bubbles in Dulles Town Center and she sees Jovanna. I switched there and hardly a day goes by that I don't get a compliment on my hair. I have never had good hair and she has done wonders. (Now this is for short hair...Mine is kind of a Posh Spice hair cut. No idea how she is on longer styles)
