LOL, if you drive through the crime trifecta of Gary, Hammond, and E.C. apparently if you make it out alive you're one of the lucky ones seems to be the consensus among them. Um yeah...pick Munster or Highland. I live in EC. Been here for 4 yrs. I'm desperate to leave. It's not horrible, but I don't have a sense of calm or safety I had in my old town.
