why do i see "chicago" people who have part time/ summer homes in nwi with indiana plates on their cars? Does that mean they have indiana drivers licenses too. I kinda doubt it. I live in Chicago burbs and i have a neighbor who also has a place in grand beach but he needs an il license cause he is a municipal employee of a town i wont say. However his cars have indiana plates. How?
