Hmmm thought Alika is protector and akamai is wise? so wise protector. But Jungjohann i will trust that your right since your understanding of Olelo Hawai'i is further then mine. Mikala43 i meant mine as a compliment.

Just think about it... if you fall on your okole it might hurt, but it protects you from serious injury... so wise "protector" = wise ass, another term for a smart alec.

If anyone would know what that phrase means it would be JJ, eh?
