You should probably state where you're coming from. And try comparing flights or looking at a website such as Expedia or Orbitz. I don't know why you would expect people on a forum to do the work for you...

Orbitz, Expedia, Kayak, etc. That's where we'd go look and you've got more details than we do to look up the exact flights. I think Tuesdays and Thursdays are less expensive and the prices change depending on the time of year, too.

A lot of folks fly Hawaiian if they are coming from the North American continent. A lot of folks prefer JAL if they are flying in from Japan.

Depends on the origin point.

I doubt if people at the 'destination point', will have a clue on all airfares coming from various other 'origin points'. Especially taking into consideration constant and regular airline sales, promotions, variances, etc.
