Another cryptic c-d post. Are people stoned or drunk when they write? Do they seriously think (thinking being the operative word) they can get an answer if they write like that?

At first I thought Simon was just another term for a certain illegal weed. Certainly fits the writing, and probably the reality (I bet you can get some good weed on "Kaui").

Then there is the cryptic location. The trail to Hanakapi'ai is on Kaua'i, but most people on Kaua'i know how to spell it and if they are indeed looking for saimin (sbartist wins the prize for actually figuring that out). Turns out there is a famous saimin place on Kaua'i, so that fits the puzzle as well:

Hamura's Saimin on Kress street in Lihue. Been serving saimin for decades, and has been able to keep a local feel despite all the tourists who go there now.

But it's still not clear if the OP went there already and now wants to find a saimin place in his yet-undisclosed hometown. Or if he's actually on Kaua'i and looking for Hamura's. Or just trolling on city-data forums.
