Can you recommend me a good property management company to manage my property in Millilani.

I recommend that you do a Google Search on "property management Millilani, HI" and then start with the ones that are on the Better Business Bureau member list.

When I lived on the mainland I used Innovative Property Management. I had no issues with them. they did a great job listing the property, collecting the money, and were prompt on maintenance issues.

I second the recommendation for Innovative Property Management (IPM). I have a property in Ko Olina and IPM does a good job managing it. Our previous tenants moved out this summer and the property was rented with only one week's downtime. Unlike other companies that also handle real estate transactions, this company only focuses on property management. You should check them out.
