Of all the dead files, you chose this thread to drag back to life? Yeah, there's welfare, SNAP, Section 8, etc.. Check the Federal websites for more details. Plan on a wait for housing.
How do people without "resources" pay for airline tickets? Is there a new program?
Red alert!!! There are still cannibals on Maui!

You say you are moving back to Hawaii, so that means that you've lived here before and are aware of what the challenges are. Why are you moving back? Do you have family here? Jobs?

What kind of housing help are you looking for? Do you have help where you live now?

Heard that the USPS will coat the backs of " Forever" stamps with nutrients and they may then be used as Happy Meals and also mail in taxes, which support grants to study the effects of starvation upon the population. Win-win. No need for food stamps and reduces the population and subsequent demands as well.

This reminded me of when ketchup was to be classified as a "vegetable" for school lunch programs.

When opposition is "sticky ", we must find alternative means to "stamp out" resistance, and " lick"
them with logic. A " shutdown diet " is ineffective and tends to cause later weight gain. Proponents may wonder what
they may " get out " of all this, and, the answer may be in the question: " Get OUT".
