Well, how many intersections are there going to be within those groups?

Roughly 50% of the population will be male, so that doesn't limit things much. Christianity is pretty prevalent if you aren't fussy about which sector of it is involved although I don't know what percentage of the religious population will fit into the category you're looking for. City Data has data on religions so you can find some percentages there. "Bi Gay" I'm not sure how limiting that would be, but I'm guessing that's gonna be one of the groups with the least amount of members. You'd not mentioned age, but probably you're looking for them within a certain age range?

So, most likely looking for folks who fit into the "bi gay" group and then sorting them for the other characteristics you're looking for might be the most productive search pattern. Is there any specific hobby or interest that bi gay folks share?

Although folks who are going to define themselves by one aspect of themselves may either put too much emphasis on one aspect or might be shallow. So, find a church group you like and see if there's any folks there who might be part of the bi gay subset. If you join a church you like, even if you don't find the guy you're looking for, you'll still have a more folks to hang with. Plus you can search more than one path so do more than one and see where you end up.

It doesn't sound like it would be a viable option, but in Hawaii sometimes Craig's List is about the only game in town. We don't have the population base to fill in with all the different online as well as on the ground options that some metro areas have. The whole state is fractured because it's all based on different islands and can't pull population in from anywhere else other than it's own island base so one general generic option is sometimes the only one available and we are generally real happy that even that exists.

If the OP were on the mainland, he'd have the option of checking various places within his own city as well as the surrounding areas for sometimes up to several states away. Because he's island based, he's got a much smaller pool to work with. It's not just his search, either, it's anyone who wants to do anything that involves groups of people or as is in this case, just a few other people. Demographics matter in all sorts of ways and there's probably a demographic on how much population you have to have in one spot for something like Meet Up to work well.

Look for a liberal church, such as United Church of Christ or Unitarian. These tend to be more gay-friendly than others.
