I'm not huge on museums nor do I tend to like anything with tour guides. And I'd like to find some fun nightlife as well. Any tips would be appreciated!
skyway. Just wondering how your first trip to Oahu was in January ?

I dunno, I figure anyone with a driver's license already knows what taillights look like, and that's all the scenery that the driver gets to see. Riding Fasi's, they get to sit next to a big window and look at stuff they don't get to see at home, while the bus driver has to watch for all of the kamikaze rental cars.

For getting somewhere in a hurry, that's what taxis are for, and a cab might actually cost less than a rental, gas and parking. Even better, you get out of the cab in front of the place you're going, instead of having to walk back from the parking space you finally found, blocks away.

Sitting? I think you meant stand next to the window (if you even get on the bus) - come watch the poor souls after work at Bishop/Beretania sometime.....
