I am getting ready to apply for a few jobs that is located in this area. I currently reside in Kentucky and looking for a way out of this place.

Can someone tell me the average price of apartment rental? Condos or townhouse rental? And house rental?

Thanks in advance!!

Wow!! Depending on the salaries, I may need to find a roommate if I decide to move.

OP, you need to spend a whole bunch of time on this forum, reading all you can about living and working on Oahu. Also, look at the COL index to compare where you currently live. Moving to Hawaii may not be the best way to get out of Kentucky.

Well, moving to Oahu anyway. Oahu is vastly different than the rest of the state.

price vary greatly. Try craigslist for an idea of prices by area and condo size. Don't pick the cheapest, as those are likely scams.

In town areas, even tiny studios are $1000 minimum, and can go to $1500 depending on location.

and if you're not in town, the rents are less expensive but the traffic to get to town if you work there is absolutely horrendous. An hour or more to work each way each day means you spend your life in traffic.
