Hi everyone .

I'm a young student from the UK (early 20s). I just finished my engineering bachelors degree and I'll be studying a masters degree in environmental engineering (MSc) this September. I've ALWAYS wanted to live and work in Hawaii since I was a little kid, I had visited the state twice growing up and fell in love with it, the culture, the people, everything. I've done quite a bit a research and I understand that finding a job opportunity in Hawaii and getting a work visa is a difficult and tiresome process but I don't want to let go of this dream just yet. Is there any chance someone like myself with a masters degree in enviromental engineering (in a years time) from a reputable university could find work in Hawaii? Do I stand a chance finding a job opportunity and an employer willing to sponsor a work visa? The average cost of living in Hawaii is not too worrying to me as it's pretty similar to the city I live in right now (although food is definitely cheaper here, but transport is cheaper (on average) over there).

Any advice, or feedback in generally that you have would be very much appreciate,
Thank you for reading!

I have some 'savings', not much at all only a few thousand which I know isn't much.

Hawaii doesn't lack environmental engineers (including those with Phd's) applying for jobs in Hawaii that don't need visa sponsorships
