So there is no "solution" to the homeless problem since many rather live on the streets than in a shelter, where they would need to abide by certain rules (for everyone's safety).
Agreed.

agree too, a good deal of the homeless are doing exactly what they want to be doing
The shelters in places with intemperate climates only get filled on the very coldest of nights.
Then back on the streets when there is a break in the weather.

You should take caution around everyone, honestly. I don't care of I'm in Kalihi or Hawaii Kai. I keep an eye on my belongings and stay aware of my surroundings at all times.

And what's this you seem to love? Is this the 90's? Talk to the hand? lol

haha..that's pretty coincidental..there is a guy on the US Territories site that uses this over and over again..I asked him if he realized that slapping himself on the head repeatedly like that, might cause him some brain damage in the long run.

I would agree with you, I don't understand how people have the right to think that they are above, we all blood the same blood we are all human we all for the most part have the same basic needs. Some need more than others some have more than others but instead of judging and pointing the finger you(People) should be asking them selves what can I do to help solve the issues that they are so above. If you don't like what you see change it and or keep it to your self. Either you are part of the problem and or part of the solution there are no two ways about it. If your are part of the problem you are no better then them. Every one can create change, lead others to change threw example.
