While I agree that its uncomfortable to be close to a person that to some degree messed themselves or whatever the bill was to vague in its enforcement. The bill did not recognize the difference between the homless that messed his pants or the baby. Trust me I have sat next to a person that peed his pants like for days he sat next to me on a 4 hour flight its not fun at all.
The good thing is the argument is over the bill failed (my faith is still in tacked)
