Stay away from Magnolia's Bakery.
I've had spoiled food from there a few times. Didn't find out until I opened the sandwiches when I get home. Customer service is very iffy. Owner has a problem with her employees showing up (at least according to her). Always think it will improve but no.
Mesa de Notte is also very good.
Voted a BEST Ocala Restaurant for 2012.
Lorito's Pizza is good but the inside of the restaurant smells very old and musty and the bathrooms should have been condemned by code inspectors.

One more restaurant suggestion. It is actually a Greek restaurant, but has very good food is Lakis on Hwy 200/College Road. It is within about a 1/2 mile of the I-75 exit and close to the Paddock Mall.

Real Italian like from Brooklyn would be only at Loritas on silver springs blvd(40)....every thing else in town is from a can or frozen
