I have learned so much from the forums, I decided I should start more learning, asking and looking now for a SNOW BIRD RENTAL. Looking for a furnished, winter rental home in North, Central or North Central Coastal Florida, (Ocala to Orlando areas) Dec 1 thru the end of March 2016 . My husband & I have two, well behaved, older Chihuahua's. Being in a safe, "dog friendly", gated community with a pool, maybe a gym, and close to a safe, walkable town for food and other shopping is most important to me. "guest stay-over programs", like The Villages I believe, and that would be wonderful! I just don't know where to start, and of course those arrangements must be made well ahead of our trip.clean , well furnished, and safe... under $1,250-ish a month.
