I'm really hoping for some honest feedback about the St. Clairsville area as I'm considering relocating. Right now I'm living in my birthplace - small town in southwestern PA - quite a bit of racism, sexism, etc.

From the webpage St. Clairsville looks like a pretty nice area to live. What I'm most concerned about is the cultural/ethnic aspects. I read that the area is 93% Caucasian, which doesn't tell me much. I'm wondering how "friendly" the area generally is to non-white ethnicities and various cultures? I'd appreciate any feedback. I'd really appreciate hearing back from anyone that grew up in St. Clairsville or currently lives in the area. I'd also like to hear from anyone biracial or non-white that lived there and what your impressions are of the welcome or lack thereof to inter-racial/ethnic families.

Thanks in advance for your time and thoughts!
